Terms & Conditions
§ 1 General Purpose
General purpose of the Furexchange/Pelzboerse is solely providing a platform for
-the presentation and offer of fur fashion and fur accessoires, all new or used, for sales reasons.
-the presentation of commercial dealers offering their products and services
§ 2 Participants
- private persons > 18 years
-commercial dealers and companies
§ 3 Offering of goods or services
There is no obligation for the Furexchange/Pelzboerse to accept every offer or advertise. Requests can be rejected in case of unclear ownership of goods or when goods do not apply with the international law
§ 4 Offered goods
The Furexchange/Pelzboerse enables private or commercial users to sell/offer or purchase furs and fur accessoires (new and used). Advertising is not free of costs, a fee will be charged to the seller for publishing the advertisement.
The description of the offered goods is exclusively in the responsibility of the seller. The seller is obliged to describe the offered goods as best and true as possible. The Furexchange/Pelzboerse does not take any responsibility for the thruthfulness of any description.
The Furexchange/Pelzboerse is entitled to request legal documentation about the offered item due to Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora
§ 5 Legal position
The seller has to be the legal owner of the offered item or to state that he is acting for a third-party. Items with unclear ownership-background (i.e. theft, inheritance) are not to be offered. The Furexchange/Pelzboerse does not take any responsibility for the thruthfulness of any information concerning the ownership or legal position
§ 6 Settlement of deal
The Furexchange/Pelzboerse is not responsible for the settlement once two parties agree about the purchase of an item offered at the Furexchange/Pelzboerse. The settlement has to be arranged between the two parties. Exception: The Furexchange/Pelzboerse can be authorized by the seller to act in the name of seller. The Furexchange/Pelzboerse does not take any responsibility for the thruthfulness of any information concerning the description of goods, ownership, legal position or quality of offered/sold goods.
§ 7 Liability
The Furexchange/Pelzboerse does not take any responsibility for
-the thruthness of information given by the seller or the fulfilment of contracts closed between two parties.
-Further the Furexchange/Pelzboerse does not take any liability / responsibility for the correctness of goods delivered. Damages on items have to be claimed by purchaser directly to the seller
